Japanese Seafood Curry Rice

1 cup cooked rice

1/2 cup of green peas

1 cup prawns, deveined and deshelled

1 cup degritted clams

Curry roux

1 cup chicken stock

Salt and pepper to taste


  1. On a Visions saucepan, add curry roux to chicken stock on medium heat. Add in rice and simmer until the stock has been absorbed into the rice
  2. Add green peas, shrimp, clam and stir-fry.
  3. Add salt and pepper to the taste
