Rice 60 g

2 oranges

80g canned tuna

2 slices ham

Parmesan cheese (optional)

Parsley (optional)


Group A

1 1/2 tbsp celery, chopped

1 1/2 tbsp red onion, chopped

1 tbsp cucumber, chopped

3 tbsp lettuce, chopped

1 hard boiled egg, diced


Group B

1/3 bundle broccolini

6 snap peas

8 broad beans

40g green peas


Group C

1 1/2 tbsp vinegar

2 tsp orange juice

2 tsp sugar

3 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to season

3 radishes, thinly sliced (optional)


  1. Cook rice in Visions pot. Remove orange flesh from the peal to form orange baskets.
  2. In a Visions pan, blanch the ingredients in Group B for 1-2 minutes. Drain and cut broccolini and snap peas into smaller size. Set aside.
  3. Drain tuna and cut ham into small pieces
  4. Put the ingredients in Group C into a small PYREX mixing bowl. Add Group A and Group B ingredients to the same mixing bowl. Mix well and garnish with parsley and parmesan.
  5. Serve the salad in the orange baskets.
