Golden Fried Rice with Seafood

300g Rice

2 Eggs (Beaten)

120g peeled shrimp, blanched

120g sotong, slice rings and blanch

80g crabmeat sticks, cut into sections

50g enoki mushroom

100g green peas

1 tsp minced garlic

3 tbsp oil

½ tbsp chicken powder

½ tbsp light soy sauce

½ tsp sugar

½ tsp sesame oil

¼ tsp pepper powder


  1. Turn on World Kitchen Orbit Fryer, select high heat and Stir Fry mode, heat 1 tbsp of oil.
  2. Add in beaten eggs, stir-fry till fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Heat up 2 tbsp of oil with Stir Fry mode, sauté minced garlic, add in peeled shrimp, sotong rings and green peas. Stir-fry evenly, add seasoning to taste.
  4. Add crabmeat sticks, enoki mushroom and cooked rice. Toss well.
  5. Add in fried egg and toss well.
