Stewed Mixed Vegetables

150g mixed capsicum (green, red, yellow and orange colours), cut into pieces

80g broccoli, cut into smaller florets

150g cauliflower, cut into smaller florets

75g mushroom

75g straw mushroom

50g carrot, sliced

50g bamboo shoots, cut into pieces

50g snow peas

150g cooked seitan

2 tbsp oil

250ml stock

1 tbsp starch, mix with 2 tbsp of cold water

1 tbsp abalone sauce

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tsp chicken powder

1 tsp sesame oil

¼ tsp dark soy sauce

Dash of pepper powder


  1. Turn on World Kitchen Orbit Fryer, select medium heat, heat up 1 tbsp of oil.
  2. Stir-fry snow pea and capsicum till fragrant, set aside.
  3. Add remaining oil into World Kitchen Orbit Fryer, select medium heat and Stir
  4. Fry mode, cook broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom, straw mushroom, carrot and bamboo shoots evenly.
  5. Select Rotate mode, add Seasoning and stock, cook with cover for 2-3mins.
  6. Add cooked seitan, snow pea and capsicum, toss well. Thicken the gravy with starch mix.
